Service Description

If an engineer has been out to assess the appliance and has had to order a part we will contact you to let you know when the part is ready to fit, we will then ask you to book an engineer to return and fit the part using this option in the services, this will show you our available times so you can choose a time that suits you. If a time you want is not available please do not call as all our available times are online and we would not be able to offer any other times than shown online. If you are a tenant please check the email you was sent when the 1st booking was made and please quote the letting agents name and order number if you dont have access to this please contact the letting agent and they can provide the details or book the repair for you while you are on the phone.
